Junior Section

Junior Section is the middle age group in the BB and is for boys of school stages Primary 4, Primary 5 and Primary 6.

Our section is led by Gary McQueen and meets on Friday evenings between 6.30pm and 8.00pm in the large hall of Broomhill Hyndland Church in Randolph Road.

The section has usually had around 10-15 boys attending regularly per session, which makes for a good group for both energetic Friday night activities and additional competitions and events.

Why Junior Section?

Juniors are developing rapidly. Between the ages of 8 and 11, there are big changes in a child’s mental, emotional, social and physical development. However, all children are different and have a variety of needs. The relationships we form with children at this age can be important in assisting them to achieve a sound sense of personal and group identity.
